SAP Direct Connector error in SAILPOINT ISC

Hi Folks while review and test for a SAP Direct connector application. Getting the below error.

[ ConnectorException ] [ Error details ] Exception occurred while test configuration operation, refer logs for more details. JCo initialization failed with java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Native Library /opt/sailpoint/ccg/lib/custom/libsapjco3.so already loaded in another classloader

I am new to ISC kindly help me on this
