SAP Direct connector - Test connectivity failing

Hello Team,

I was trying to connect SAP ECC/BW system but it was showing below error -

Caused by: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (102) JCO_ERROR_COMMUNICATION: Initialization of repository destination SAP [source] failed: Establishing connection to communication partner failed at CPIC-CALL: CMRCV on convId: 35200000\n\tconnection parameters: TYPE=A DESTINATION=: Server is DOWN or Connection parameters are incorrect

I have followed the troubleshooting steps mentioned on option 1 in below guide -

but still facing the same issue. Does anyone have any thoughts over the SAP test connection issue?

Do you see a test connection error only for this app or for all apps? Try a VA restart to rule out any VA issues

Thank you Sushant for the response. All the SAP direct connectors are failing. Working on getting VA restarted.
