SAP HR/ HCM connection issue

Hello Team,

I was trying to connect SAP HR system but it was showing below error -

sailpoint.connector.ConnectionFailedException: Server is DOWN or Connection parameters are incorrect

I have followed the troubleshooting steps mentioned on option 1 in below guide -

but still facing the same issue. Does anyone have any thoughts over the SAP test connection issue?

have you tried enabling the trace for this connector to find out more information?

Here is the log -
Caused by: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (102) JCO_ERROR_COMMUNICATION: Initialization of repository destination SAP HR [source] failed: Connect to SAP gateway failed
connection parameters: TYPE=A DESTINATION=“SAP HR [source]” ASHOST= SYSNR=00 PCS=1

Based on the error, I am assuming your SAP Instance is running on ASHOST value with 00 instance. Is that Port open, have you checked with system admins on firewall?
