Sailpoint ServiceNow Service Catalog Integration

Hi All,

We have integrated the SailPoint Service Catalog, and it was working fine until last week. However, we’re now encountering the following error when trying to raise a request from the ServiceNow (SNOW) end:

“Cannot connect to SailPoint IdentityNow server. Please contact Administrator. Error Code 001 - Check Admin Setup.”

Has anyone faced this issue before? If yes, could you please share how it was resolved?

1.Expired OAuth Token / Invalid Credentials
2.SailPoint API Endpoint URL Changed or Blocked
3.Connector User Permissions Revoked
4.ServiceNow Scripted REST / Integration Configuration Issue ---->>System Logs → All
5.Ask your network team if any recent updates might be affecting outbound calls from SNOW. (fire wall issue)
