We have integrated the SailPoint Service Catalog, and it was working fine until last week. However, we’re now encountering the following error when trying to raise a request from the ServiceNow (SNOW) end:
1.Expired OAuth Token / Invalid Credentials
2.SailPoint API Endpoint URL Changed or Blocked
3.Connector User Permissions Revoked
4.ServiceNow Scripted REST / Integration Configuration Issue ---->>System Logs → All
5.Ask your network team if any recent updates might be affecting outbound calls from SNOW. (fire wall issue)
