we are getting error when we submit it.
It looks like you’re getting a 403 response when the app is trying to make a call to the /v3/access-request-status API endpoint. That endpoint requires a user context token with ORG_ADMIN user permissions (if checking status for another user).
Make sure the personal access token client credentials you’re using in ServiceNow comes from an IdN user with ORG_ADMIN permissions
