We’re still running Identityiq 8.4P3, anyone able to verify if the new DUO Universal Prompt work with 8.4? we use DUO for password resets / login.
We also use the sailpoint.workflow.mfalibrary..
@Sandman If you are using Duo for IIQ login via SAML/SSO, 8.4P3 is fully compatible. You only need to activate the “Universal Prompt” in the Duo Admin Panel; IIQ’s SAML handler remains unchanged.
Also, for non SAML, In 8.4p1 IIQ is able to use Duo MFA with Yubikey. I am expecting it to work with Duo Universal Prompt as well. Based on the related documentation you need to use Duo OIDC (v4) SDK.
You might want to open a Support ticket to figure out if Sailpoint supports this or not before making any customization.
