DUO as 2FA during login

Trying to find any documentations for Duo as 2FA during login?

Can someone point me to the right direction for my use case.

  1. User Sign in sailpoint ISC
  2. Duo prompts for 2fa.
  3. Connect

The only documentation I see from the sailpoint doc is reset pw/account unlock which is NOT what I need as we already have something like this.

This is typically done via your IDP that is used for SSO into SailPoint. The IDP (i.e. ADFS) would have an integration with Duo and enforce a policy that users authenticating to SailPoint via ADFS would be required to 2FA.

I appreciate the quick reply, can I get more information? a docs for isc would be helpful!

I’m assuming once the id profile is set up to Active Directory with 2fa enabled. idP would trigger a duo prompt?
