Hello Everyone ,

I am trying to integrate DUO where I want to authenticate user login on the tenant via DUO’s 2FA . While I was able to do this with DUO WEB Integration for Password Reset and Unlock Account . I cannot find any document which addresses DUO as 2FA during login . Any Leads on how this can be achieved ?

In the Admin guide there are steps on how to configure this. can you check this if it helps

Hey @udayputta , thanks for your response . As mentioned , this document do no contain information of configuring only DUO as Two-Factor Authentication for login.

The 2FA application is decided by the end user , it can be either of the Authenticators (Duo , Google , Microsoft) . Do we have an option of mandating only DUO as 2FA for end users ?

Hello @Abhishek_1995 , thank you for your reply . The information you have provided helps in understanding configuring SailPoint API on DUO application side , I am looking for 'Configuring ONLY DUO as a 2FA for end users while Logging in into the tenant’.
