Duo is ending support for the traditional DUO prompt. SailPoint will begin rolling out the updated DUO integration to staging environments on 2/26/2024 and to production environments on 3/4/2024.
We recommend that you check your DUO MFA configurations as described in our product configuration documentation. If you originally set up the DUO integration as described in the documentation, there are no additional configuration changes in your SailPoint environments required at this time.
Once the new integration is in your environment, you will need to log into your DUO Admin Portal by 3/31/2024 and enable the new universal prompt experience.
@jeremy_southerland has this been deployed to all staging (sandbox) tenants? We have followed the steps from Duo, but the site still shows that the Universal Prompt isn’t available yet for our connections.

Is it working for you yet? I opened a support ticket on 3/4, but so far haven’t gotten any information from the ticket other than it should be deployed in Sandbox.
I did the same thing a couple days ago. The feedback I got on the ticket was:
“We did not rollout Duo Universal Prompt to the Sandbox and Production environments due to the amount of unrelated issues we were facing related to the Kafka outage we had last weekend.
We can probably enable it from starting Friday.”
Fingers crossed we start seeing it soon due to the 3/31 deadline.
