Duo Authentication Error in IDN

Hi all,

I have configured a duo source in SailPoint IDN.
I have provided the right credentials but I am encountering this message

Unable to connect to Duo. [ ConnectorException ] [ Error details ] Duo error code (40102): Invalid identity in request credentials
