Reviewer needs to choose the comment from dropdown while taking revoke action in Certification

When reviewer selects revoke option during certification phase for any user, then reviewer needs to provide some comments while submitting the request.

So, in spite of reviewer writing any comments, can we show the reviewer to choose the comment from the Predefined set - as a dropdown option while taking revoke action.

I dont think its possibile what you want without a plugin.

Its not a solution but you can set as requiered the comments foreach choose:

This is not available ootb .

either you need create your own custom page any access review campaign page . or you may try using plugin to show some dropdown despite of using the text area. ( I haven’t tried 2nd one , but we have done 1st option )
