We have deployed a new souce with success. Agreggated entitlements and make them requestable. It was about almost 4 hours ago, but they does not appear in request center yet.
Also, goig to access model → entitlements and filtering for deployed source, it does not show any entitlements (they actually appear only in source configuration, and via API retrieving entitlement list).
We other sources for which we have to wait some time, but never the time is tooking now. Any suggestions? Is there some way to force them to be loaded on request center?
Hi Avinash, is a JDBC connector. Other weird thing, is that if I go to access model →entitlements, and filter by this new source, entitlements does neither show in the entitlements list.
I can list Entitlements through API, and appear as requestable:
Hi @jsosa, on the page Access Model → Entitlements, did you try searching for the entitlement name using ““, e.g. “ent_name“. Also, have you tried re-aggregating entitlements again?
I’m experiencing this same issue today with 3 of my own tenants. I’m fairly confident this is an issue with SailPoint and have opened a support ticket.
There doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with your configuration. A good way to confirm if it’s a SailPoint issue is checking in search for the entitlements and seeing if they appear. If not, definitely a SailPoint issue.
Sometimes it takes just few mins and rare cases few hours. When something like this happens I always check the tasks in queue or in progress and how they are draining.
