I have been working on the ServiceNow Service Desk integration. The Service Desk integration creates the requests in ServiceNow when one of the associated applications in the managed resources section of the application xml is requested in Sailpoint from ‘Manage Accounts’. I am wondering if there is a way to configure an entry in the managed resource (or otherwise) section so that the Service Desk integration generates requests in ServiceNow when a role/entitlement is requested from ‘Manage User Access’. I am only finding information regarding applications within the managed resources so suspecting this is not possible but want to know possible other approaches to reproducing the same behavior.
