I created a Form in SailPoint that creates email in SailPoint. Currently I manually go in the form and hit the create button. But now I am thinking to get the request from ServiceNow. The request will come through ServiceNow into SailPoint and Email will be created in SailPoint without any human intervention. I am lost where to start here.
Can anyone provide me any suggestion or idea.

You can launch same workflow from service now using Sailpoint apis and pass the variables used in the workflow

Thank you for quick reply, I didn’t know SailPoint IIQ also has API. I thought API thing is only related to Identity Now,

I am trying to do this in SailPoint IIQ.

You can use API’s in IIQ as well. Please refer to this documentation for full guide.
