Hi @mandeepsingh! Thank you for your input. The ServiceNow start page is identical across all ServiceNow products as an overview. Selection of any guide from this page will redirect you to the start page of the specific guide. The documentation begins in the second dropdown menu after the overview. The overview topics were recently implemented and are working as designed, however, I can see the confusion that it is causing by linking from one start page to another. I’ve created a ticket to review this with the Product Manager.
