We have successfully integrated the ServiceNow Service Catalog module into SailPoint and are able to see roles from ServiceNow Service Portal and provision the roles. My question is if there is a way to filter what roles are visible to different subsets of users. The integration allows for making IT, Business, Custom roles, etc. visible but it seems to be all or nothing on the visibility. The use case I am thinking of is if I want Service Desk users to only see a certain set of Business roles that are relevant to their role and I want the Telecom team to see a different subset of Business roles that are relevant to them. Is it possible to configure this and what would the best approach to this be?
