We have observed an unexpected issue in our environment where empty request items are appearing in Access Requests. This behavior occurs intermittently and seems to affect only a few specific entitlements. Can you please help me on this where we can see in the workflows for this type of issues and enable logs
First time the cause was an actual bug in code. try checking logs/syslogs at the time of request submission or approval.
Second time it was weird and we were not able to find any root-cause. so we tried to clear cache and restarting servers. it still didn’t work so we created a duplicate xml in debug and appended the name " - backup" and mapped that to LCM Manger Access Request and it started working. maybe the old xml file got corrupt or something.
