Error while loading "errors and warning" in a Access request

Hi All, We are facing the below issue,

The Access Request for LifeCycle Event (Delete) has got failed for one of the application accounts (RACF-Full connector type) and when we are trying to see the “error and warnings” in that request, it keeps on loading

Also, there is no provisioning transactions in the Administration console for this Application account which needs to be deleted.

It seems that it is something related to performance. So, I wanted to know if someone have faced similar issue before and if yes, how can we fix it?

Yes and it is still the same

Yes it is working and it was working previously too

Can u check disk space ?

Please check also access request xml from debug. Are you able to see the errors in “IdentityRequest” xml.

yes I am able to see the errors in the xml but not in sailpoint, do you know what could it be?

I am seen some , that are not contanining any information, I already do a test adding this in another xml that does not have this issue and once it is done we obtain the same problem while loading “errors and warnings”, is there a way to know why we are getting those empty ?
