Remove Access : SCIM 2.0 IIQ 8.3

Hi Experts,

I’m trying to remove access for user, request getting submitted to remove access using access management. However I’m still see the access in identity cube.

IIQ version 8.3 and SCIM 2.0 application connector.

above details shared from access request and unable to see any provisioning engine details or any error or warning.

Could you guide me how to troubleshoot and resolve the same.

Hi Everyone,

I’ve observed that in the identity request xml getting filter reason as “DoesNotExist“.

Does anyone faced same challenges during access removal.

Hi @Mandar45 , verify the data type at target system, if you are getting integer then try to change from int to string. Because Filtered item can happened due to many reasons.
