I’m having a really weird problem with the requests created from IIQ. (8.1p6) .
Sometimes, randomly, IIQ is not sending emails anymore, all the email requests are queued and visible in the requests monitor page monitor/requests/requests.jsf .
Can’t understand where is the problem, as the requests leave there, without being executed forever. The only way that I have found is that when is happening, I’m rebooting the tomcat and than slowly it start to send emails .
I tried to open a ticket to the support, they mentioned some kind of bug solved in other versions… but not sure about that… I remember having this problem from release 7.1 .
Do you have any suggestions ? Looks like that the “Requests” process get stuck somewhere and doesn’t start to process it anymore.
