Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

We are running on 8.4 P1.

*At times we notice our email queue is stuck with error.

“The e-mail has been queued. Reason: Acquisition of thread lock expired, unable to notify”

Is there any proactive measure we could take this to avoid or identify, before customer noticed they are getting email notifications?

try clearing out email queue using iiq console.
