Hi Team,
We are using a Record Producer to submit a SailPoint Access Request. The script adds a catalog item to the cart. However, because the Two-Step Catalog Checkout model is enabled, the item is only added to the cart; the user must manually open the cart and click “Proceed to Checkout” for the request to be submitted.
The requirement is to automatically submit the request for the catalog item immediately when the Record Producer is submitted, without requiring the user to open the cart or click the checkout button.
Looking for recommendations or working solutions to auto submit a catalog item when Two-Step Checkout is active.
