Running into an issue when attempting to submit an a Request through the Managed Access feature in the Service Now ISC Integration. The error I am seeing is
Sailpoint Access Request catalog item is missing. Please contact Administrator...
I am also not seeing recommendations in the Managed Access Review.
Please make sure that ServiceNow Catalog is downloaded/configured properly.
Generally once you download this app from ServiceNow store in your env, a catalog will be pushed along with it. The name for catlog item will be “Sailpoint Access Request - Service Catalog”. You have to configure that catalog to connect to ISC before submitting the requests.
