Sailpoint Access Request catalog item is missing when submitting from Managed Access

Hi Team,

Running into an issue when attempting to submit an a Request through the Managed Access feature in the Service Now ISC Integration. The error I am seeing is

Sailpoint Access Request catalog item is missing. Please contact Administrator...

I am also not seeing recommendations in the Managed Access Review.

Has anyone run into this issue before?

Hi Marvin,

Please make sure that ServiceNow Catalog is downloaded/configured properly.

Generally once you download this app from ServiceNow store in your env, a catalog will be pushed along with it. The name for catlog item will be “Sailpoint Access Request - Service Catalog”. You have to configure that catalog to connect to ISC before submitting the requests.

Thanks for chiming in. Let me circle back with my SNOW Team to verify they have downloaded everything correctly. This is good info. I’ll keep you posted.
