Existing entitlement access is not reflecting in SailPoint IdentityNow for Service Catalog

Hello Team,

We are having synchronization issue between SailPoint ISC and [Sailpoint Access Request - Service Catalog]. When someone raises access request from ServiceNow and entitlement/role gets provisioned in SailPoint ISC, the same access is reflecting in SailPoint ISC but not in ServiceNow catalog connector. The ticket is getting closed successfully but even after 24 hours the accesses are not getting populated for the user in ServiceNow. Is there some kind of configuration changes need to be done for this?
