Description
This new add-on enhances the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Service Catalog by integrating directly with ServiceNow’s Now Assist. It enables employees to make access requests using a simple, conversational interface. As always, all requests continue to be processed through SailPoint’s robust governance engine for secure approval and fulfillment.
Key Features & Capabilities
By combining the SailPoint Service Catalog AI Assistant with ServiceNow Now Assist and SailPoint ISC, customers can now:

Request access conversationally through a natural-language chatbot experience in ServiceNow.

Request ISC roles, access profiles, and entitlements directly from the chat interface.

Leverage AI-guided discovery to help users easily find the exact access items they need.

Map user intent to corresponding ISC access items and submit requests seamlessly via the agent.

Required Dependencies
To use this feature, the customer’s environment must meet the following criteria:

SailPoint ServiceNow Service Catalog for ISC app (version 5.2, scope x_sap_intidn) installed and operational.

ServiceNow instance running at least the Zurich Patch 1 release.

Now Assist AI Agents plugin (sn_aia) installed.

At least one Now Assist application installed (ITSM, CSM, or HRSD).
