Error when submit the request via IDN Catalog connector for serviceNow

we are getting error while we submit the request via IDN connector.below is the error snapshot.

we have recently updated our IDN App.i see this is coming after that.

You mentioned about upgrade, so this configuration is implemented after upgrade or before upgrade?

Can you please try to capture some log information so that it can give better idea about issue.

The error is thrown via target API or SailPoint is throwing this error?

If it is being thrown from target, then ideal approach will be to create the ticket creation API from some other tool like Postman.

we have sailpoint and Servicenow Integration via APP " SailPoint IdN for Service Catalog". and recently we have upgraded from 3.1.0 to 3.2.0 …this error occur when we hit the submit record after selecting the roles in connector widget which come with the application.

If you are confident that it is just after upgrade and there is no other change in the ITSM configuration then you may create a SailPoint support ticket.
