Hello, everyone.
In NERM we need to be able to send reminders of pending approvals (when creating a new profile), or even to be able to re-assign the approval in case the manager of the profile owner is absent.
Is there an OOTB way to do this?

AFAIK, there is no way to do that OOTB.
