How do you enforce the provisioning of only the approved items from a request that contains both approved and expired requests?
My scenario is: I have a request that contains 2 entitlements (entitlement_1 and entitlement_2) after the manager approval it goes to the 2 different owner approvers. One of the approver approves entitlement_1 but the other request expired because the approver did not take action. on entitlement_2. After certain days the entitlement_2 gets expired.
Is there a way to remove the expired item(s) from the provisioning plan? and process the Approved item to provisioning? We want to achieve this without implementing the Split provisioning.
