Provisioning plan with multiple entitlement request

HI Team,

I am facing an issue in my IIQ ,

whenever I am trying to request an account and requesting multiple entitlements .

The problem i am facing is ,

If one of the approver rejects the request than whole request is getting rejected .

Is it possible to handle it in a split way like both the entitlement request should be treated separately ,
and If one of the approver rejects the request , overall account request should not be affected .
