Provision Access Request Items as Approvals Come In

We would like to be able to provision part of an access request as soon as one of the entitlements is approved.

For example, an access request is created for an identity for access of 3 different entitlements. We would like as soon as one of the entitlements is approved, to provision it while the other two entitlements are still waiting for approval. Then as soon as one of the other entitlements is approved, provision it while waiting for the last entitlement to be approved.

I found this post which describes the same scenario I am trying to solve. However, we don’t want to put extra work on approvers by having multiple access requests created.
