I would like to know who is currently using this new feature? Is there a additional fee to implement this?
Privileged Task Automation will begin rolling out to customer tenants mid-October, 2024

I guess SailPoint’s Privileged Task Automation is currently available for Identity Security Cloud Business and Business Plus customers as of mid-October 2024

This feature automates and delegates the execution of privileged tasks, enhancing efficiency and security by removing the need for users to handle sensitive credentials.

Regarding implementation costs, there is no specific mention of additional fees; however, deploying the required Privileged Gateway may involve setup considerations.

I don’t think it is released yet to the tenants, still in announcement phase.

I have come to know it in IDM Europe conference in Netherlands on October 2nd. I have got information that it will be announced in Navigate, which indeed announced in navigate Olando October 21-24, guess there will be session about it in navigate London as well.

As far as I see from the documentation, it is common feature and I guess it will be Workflow based. There will be new Triggers and Actions/Operators.

I am also looking forward for the technical details, will post If I come across anything about it.

Krishna right I have someone saying its available now. This is a new feature that is coming out just needed to verify from others. Thank You for confirming this.

This seems to be the workflow with new action to be added , this seems to be mostly related to active directory management and Window services

Cool, The document is already updated.

@TJ21 It is just Workflows, no additional cost if you already have Workflows in your tenant. Workflows are available for Business and Business Plus suites.
