I have a client with the following challenge:
"We are able to successfully create a user, using all the fields necessary. However, when trying to populate the “Subsidiary” field, it seems to only like 1 of our options, and not any of the other subsidiaries or values we enter in the textbox. The error we receive is “Subsidiary not found.”
Sailpoint support site has encountered this error, and tells us to check for permissions. We have done this, multiple times, with our internal team and with support from Netsuite as well.
Is there some issue with the name, or the punctuation when using a “-” or a “,”? We have combed this site, and are in need of a resolution for deployment"
Any recommendations?
