Netsuite create account

Hello!
I'm having trouble provisioning new users in NetSuite. The error returned refers to two mandatory fields: subsidiary and cost center. I mapped these attributes in custom attributes and the account schema. However, when I send a creation request, the attributes are not sent in the SOAP request, even though the provisioning policy is in effect. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Is the subsidiary listed under another subsidiary?

For instance a main Subsidiary called Parent Company, inside that there is a Subsidiary called NewCompanyOne.

In your Create Account, your Subsidiary field would need to be set to:

Parent Company : NewCompanyOne
