On rejection by 2nd level approver, email notification to the 1st level approver

I need some clarifications related to the email notification on the following points:

  1. We have a business requirement that if the 2nd level approver rejects the request then an email notification should go to the 1st level approver to inform him that the 2nd level requester has rejected the request. This rejection notification template is different from the “Performer notification email” template associated with 1st level approver.

  2. Do NERM email templates support the Base 64 image or not?

  3. The HTML Image tag is not supporting properly. It ignores the width and height. E.g.
