Error Received:

[ConnectorError] Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘status’) (requestId: 87464d2e5cf24530a4b694903f1d96a6)

We are receiving the above error. We have validated the connectivity with the api key, the profile id, etc. We have a connection working with our partner portal and followed the same steps. No matter what we do to try to modify schema in the configuration or validating connectivity settings, we always get the same error.

Has anybody attempted to connect a NERM connection with the new settings / configuration?

Any recommendations on further troubleshooting?

New Capability: Non-Employee Risk Management User Connector for Identity Security Cloud - Compass

Creating the connector through the NERM configuration does work. See the above link with the new functionality.

I am confused that this is no longer considered an authoritative source when creating it through ISC.

I have a lot of other questions too.
