Need workflow to send mail to reviewers and manager of reviewer after 7 days due. Let us know how to achieve this?

The link that @KRM7 provided does send emails to the manager only for escalations after the certification due date. I believe his suggestion was to look at how this script is done, and then modify it to add the logic you need to meet your requirements (ie send the reminders to the manager as well.

Currently the built in Certification Reminder is sent to users every 7 days from the start of the certification, but does not go to the manager.

At this time there is no way that I know of to do it without code.
