Need information on VM sizing for Azure cloud deployment

Hi Team,

I am looking for information on Azure Cloud deployment type.
As per VA reference guide (https://community.sailpoint.com/t5/IdentityNow-Connectors/Virtual-Appliance-Reference-Guide/ta-p/74641) system requirement says we should use Standard_B2ms instance size. My question is can we use Standard_F16s_v2 instance size for VA setup? Will there be any issue?

Hello @sailajaprathi,

You should have no issues using the F series VMs. The documentation is calling out our minimum requirements and the F series exceeds these.

Is there any recommendation on Production Sizing? Do we need to increase VM sizing for production? I didn’t see any documentation on Production specific sizing. Any inputs will be helpful.

Hi Sailaja,

No, production sizing does not need to be any different than sandbox sizing. The minimum requirements being called out are actually for production, so you should be good to go with those recommendations.
