ISC - How many VA's are needed?

Hello!
We currently have a project where we intend to manage 90,000 identities with approximately 85,000 accounts in Active Directory and other applications.
With these numbers, is there any recommendation on the sizing for the VAs or even any recommendation on the VA cluster to have HA?

@GilbertoOledo14 SailPoint recommend to have at least 2 VAs for high availability in production environment.
