Microsoft Entra provisioning but throwing errors

Hello all,

We are utilizing the Microsoft Entra connector to connect to a customers system. We have configured two access profiles containing a single entitlement in each. Initially when requesting either access profile for provisioning or deprovisioning we were met with a timeout error. After increasing the provisioningTimeout on the source itself that error is gone. However, when requesting either of the access profile we will sometimes receive the below error, despite the provisioning occurring and showing after an aggregation:

“Provisioning

[ConnectorError] 429 ERR_BAD_REQUEST, Request failed with status code 429, Too Many Requests, “Too Many Requests” (requestId: 900f95f510e5490cbc2cde145facf9e9)”

When submitting a request via postman to remove the access profile, we will sometimes receive the same error, despite the access being remove, but not showing as removed until after an aggregation.

Has anyone faced this issue before or have any ideas of other things to try to prevent this error from occurring?
