Identity Security Cloud Governance connector does not provision multiple access simultaneously

Scenario : created AP which contain 2 governance group , made this access pofile as requestable .
Now hwn this access profile is provisioned , logs is saying everything is completed, then also i was not able to see GG added to user . then i ran the aggregation as see both of the GG is added and also can see NCD event .

I would say this statement in doc is not fully correct . please verify this.

Multiple access error

Identity Security Cloud Governance connector does not provision multiple access simultaneously

Resolution:This is an API limitation wherein more than one entitlement cannot be requested simultaneously. You may either send a request for two entitlements one after another or include all required entitlements in a single access profile and then, provision it.
