Issue with Entra Provisioning

HI All,

We are getting below error while Provisioning Entra account (using Entra ID connector). There is no netId property or reference we are using.

Errors

sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: Exception occurred. Error message - HTTP not ended OK. Response Code - 400 Error - Property netId is invalid.

Any insights on this issue?

If the test connection and the aggregation are successful, check the names of the attributes you are sending in the provisioning policy and in the source schema.

In the event details, do you have the attribute requests that you are sending ?

Yes, everything is working fine and even provisioning was fine earlier now I am getting this error. I can also see the attributes SailPoint is sending in account activity.

I think ISC is passing a property called netId that is either invalid, unsupported, or incorrectly formatted.

I would say check with Application Owner or you can also try to pass the same data and try creating user using graph API .

Is it ISC sending from backend? As I am not sending it in CREATE account profile. Also, this issue is with few users. Some accounts are getting created as well.

Do you see this value populated in the events / account activityin the create for failed users ?

No, it’s just in error. Not in any activities, or source config, or any kind of mappings in ISC.
