Manual Task Creation Issue for delimited source

Hi Team,

I’m new to ISC and currently onboarding a delimited source. We’ve configured the Global Configuration for access requests with a two-level approval workflow:

  • Level 1: Manager

  • Level 2: Entitlement Owner

This applies to both Add and Remove actions.

The approval workflow is working as expected. However, the resulting manual fulfillment tasks are being assigned to both the Entitlement Owner and the Source Owner. Our requirement is that these manual tasks should be assigned only to the Source Owner.

I’ve already tried configuring entitlement-level approvals, but the issue persists. Could you please advise on how to ensure that manual task creation is routed exclusively to the Source Owner?

Hi @bodapraveenkumar ,

one simple solution would be just remove ** Level 2: Entitlement Owne** at global settings this will fix issue

if your org req 2 levels of approvals bydefault then i would say go for workflow option to remove entitlement level approvals

Hope you’re doing well.

Could you please elaborate why are we managing this in form of entitlments? As granting access through access requests to access profiles gives you better control through UI.
