We are trying to test entitlement request testing in ISC for delimitted application. We have editted one entitlement and added a owner also we have enable access request and put the reviewer as entitlement owner. Upon requesting the request is directly going to manual task and not going to approval. Can anybody help with this
Did you enable the approval process on the entitlement only? Are approvals turned on in the global settings? Unsure if that’s needed, but worth checking.
Looking at the Delimited File Documentation also does not show approvals as a supported feature: Supported Features
yes we enabled globally also.

In the acces request,enable allow access request and set the approvals then it will notify the approver.
Hi @TJ21 we have configured the same way but still it is directly assigning manual task to the owner that we configured in entitlement
@Amsingh1 Check the source settings. Test in another source see if you get the same outcomes.
