ISC: "Certification" vs "Certification Campaign Activated" email templates

What problem are you observing?

The documentation is not clear what the difference between these two templates is : Available Email Templates - SailPoint Identity Services

For the template Certification the documentation says “created” but the template itself says “has been started”.
Which is it?

I see that there was a topic already opened regarding this, but I don’t see any contribution from SailPoint. Who else should clarify this points?
