Is there a way to get ticket number for an identity policy violation for ServiceNow service desk app

Hi Team,

We are using IIQ version 8.1p2. We have configured few delimited app on service desk app and When we do provisioning operation it created ticket and updated ticket number on identity request. but when policy violation is raised for any delimited app it creates servicenow ticket. but we don’t see ticket number anywhere on IIQ. our goal is to populate the ServiceNow ticket number on identityHistoryItem object comment attribute. is there any way to fetch servicenow ticket number for policy violation. like post provision rule after ticket creation to get ticket response on servicedesk app.
