We are using ServiceDesk Integration to generate the SNoW ticket for any provisioning activity for a disconnected connector. We have a requirement to get the ticket number generated within the SailPoint and drop an email to the team for tracking purpose.

According documentation , the ticket number generated on the Service Desk system for the corresponding provisioning action can be seen under Search > Account Activity details of the identity. For more information, refer to Account Activity Using Search.

Thanks for the response.
As per the guides, we have to manually click on the account activity to get the detailed information including ticket number.
Is there any query or API to get all the tickets generated in a day.
