Identity not allowed to do this operation

I’m trying to create a workflow to send a form to the user’s manager to fill out, but when the person tries to access the link I get the “identity not allowed to this operation” error. What would this error be about?

Do you have any configuration on the Form that you can share?

So i’ve chat with Carla and the problem was loading a Identity on the FORM. Ive suggested her to use as Form input String with the name and the problem was solved.
