Form Does Not Exist

Hi I am getting an error when using forms that says form does not exist one the link is clicked. What I noticed is that the form does exist i even copied the form and then ran the workflow, but I am still getting the same error any advice?

It was working as expected before I am not sure what happened

Have you had any luck resolving this issue?

I am experiencing this same error in my Sandbox environment. This is my clients for workflow using forms and no matter what I try when I click the link from the email. I have tried new forms, different forms. I even built a workflow that just does the form to make sure there is no issue.

Hi @Dw2456

I was able to solve this issue for myself and maybe it will solve it for you also. The reason I was getting this error was because I was not logged in or logging in as the user the form was assigned to. Once I logged in with my user and not admin account it loaded the form correctly and worked.

This has also been my experience with forms. You must be logged in as the user who is receiving the form in order to view it. Otherwise you get this error page.
