We are currently facing an issue with Get Identity step of workflows where it is unable to fetch the the identity details. Get identity api is working fine however the workflow step is not able to get the details. We are experiencing this issue from today morning across the workflows. Please find the below attached error message.
Looking at the status code, it looks like an authorization issue. Can you please confirm what is the type of authentication method you are using to execute this API and if the user being used for authentication has the proper user level to execute this API.
Can you please double check making this request with the same access credentials from postman and see if that works.

For me the OOTB Get Identity step is working just fine.
Perhaps best to log a support ticket since you can’t really do anything more since it’s OOTB…
Maybe the only thing you can still check is if the identity exists or not?
