Hi All,
We are having issue when getting an attribute value to the identity profile (no transform rule used). the source is CSV and we confirm the CSV contains value, while aggregating to ISC, found out the identity attribute value showed as empty, has anyone encountered this before and how to solve it?

Hi @wyung , You could see the value in preview. Please run the refresh for the identity profile, then value should get updated.

Forced identity refresh, but the value still not showing in the identity attribute. Any other ways I can resolve this?

Do you see the value in the account attribute after import is complete?
Also, during refresh have you check logs is it showing anything specific?

And nothing specific from the logs… I am checking the “Manual Identity Processing Passed” event:
Will it be possible of the data format issue? right now the CSV data format is yyyy-mm-dd

Have you checked the account attribute after import, that contains the data that you want to populate on the identity.

Yes checked again and the account attribute has the data value (from my last screenshot), and exist in preview under identity profile, but the identity attribute not getting the value and show as empty
